Suspects Flee After Man Fatally Shot on Southeast Portland Sidewalk
PORTLAND, Ore. — A male victim was found dead on the scene of a shooting in the area of Southeast 17th Avenue and Southeast Harold Street by Portland Central Precinct officers on Saturday night.
Reports of gunshots in the Sellwood-Moreland Neighborhood were received by the police at 10.05 p.m., but on arrival, suspects had fled, and only the deceased victim lay on a sidewalk.
The area was cordoned off during the investigation by the Homicide Unit of the Portland Detective Division.
