Eugene Homeowner Fires Back After Intruders Allegedly Break In and Shoot Inside House

EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Police are investigating a shooting incident after two people who allegedly broke into a house and fired shots were shot when the owner fired back at 1:07 a.m. on May 19 in the Churchill area in the 1600 block of Oak Patch.

The homeowner phones in a report that someone broke into his house and was shooting. He advised that he was shooting back.
