The skimming device found at Dollar Tree in the Mall 205 Area follows a police warning about scammers using card skimmers to drain Oregon EBT accounts. When the officer from the PPB’s East precinct arrived, she found that the skimming device was attached to the card reader at register five, the checkout station nearest the store entrance.
