Oregon Career Professional Will Help Rogue Community College Foundation Reach New Heights
GRANTS PASS, Ore. — Cass Sinclair’s leadership experience, strategic mindset, and dedication to community service make her the ideal candidate to take over as the new director of the Rogue Community College Foundation.
These are the words used by RCC’s Vice President of People, Culture and Safety, Jamee Harrington, who added that Sinclair will help the Foundation to ‘reach new heights’ in community engagement and student success.
The RCC Foundation awards nearly $1 million in scholarships every year.
Cass Sinclair is a former student of Southern Oregon University where she obtained a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in human communication.
In October 2017, Sinclair joined Jackson County Public Health in Medford where she was involved in program development and implementation for two years.
She then spent five years with Opportunities for Housing, Resources and Assistance (OHRA) in Ashland, serving as a senior director, and then as an executive director, overseeing the conversion of a Super 8 Motel into a low-barrier shelter and resource center.
Sinclair joined the RCC Foundation at the beginning of this month.
