Grants Pass Police and Federal Agents Recover Nearly 40 Pounds of Meth in Southern Oregon Drug Investigation

GRANTS PASS, Ore. — Partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and other agencies, the Grants Pass Police Department’s initiatives to counter drug activity in Grants Pass and Southern Oregon resulted in the seizure of around 40 pounds of methamphetamine on Saturday.

Numerous major interdictions have been successfully managed since a Grants Pass detective was seconded as a Task Force Officer in the local DEA office to conduct investigations into drug crimes in Grants Pass.
