Ashland Halloween Celebration Weekend

Ashland, OR, is going all out for a ‘Spooktacularly Ghoulish Festival over the Halloween weekend.  There are over 20 events with something for all the family.  The Downtown Ashland Association has created an on-line ‘Trick or Treat map’ of the local area – so anyone can sign up to participate.  Key events include:

 

Saturday 28th October the Ashland Schools Foundation hosts its 15th Annual Monster Dash Race in Lithia Park. You can register at “2023 Ashland Monster Dash Run for Education (runsignup.com).

There will be a Halloween Sunday Parade.  All are welcome to join in the parade or to watch and support.  Be at Clay and Editor Streets 3:00 pm on Sunday; in front of Buchanan and Cody Funeral Home.  We shall start our monstrous march at 3:15 pm, down Editor Street to the Ashland Volunteer Fire Station at 101 E Mechanic Street.  Hotdogs, popcorn, chips and other goodies will be provided. Come and share in our scary steps.

 

Trick or Treating is taking place on the 31st of October, Tuesday.  Put on your scary costumes, paint your faces and join us for the annual Ashland Halloween Parade.  We start from the Ashland Public Library (Siskiyou Boulevard) and will process down E. Main and into the Plaza.  We will be trick-or-treating at all the businesses around town, don’t forget to bring a bag for all those goodies.  Whether you are a ghost, a Princess or a superhero – come and have a monstrous time!
