MEDFORD, Ore. — Nineteen-year-old Audrik Darling of Medford has been arrested in connection with a shooting on December 5 and a kidnapping, assault, and unlawful use of a weapon on October 11, 2025.
In a news release, the Medford Police Department states that Darling was arrested by detectives, the MPD SWAT Team and members of MADGE in the Medford Center parking lot on Thursday afternoon.
Darling was arrested in connection with the December 5 shooting that occurred near the intersection of Marie and Stevens Streets.
Darling was also on the MPD radar with a kidnapping, assault, and unlawful use of a weapon in an incident on October 11.
He was initially lodged on charges related to the October incident, but yesterday, MPD detectives added charges related to the December 5 incident. The police have also recovered a firearm believed to have been used in the December incident.
