Gresham Police Arrest Man Who Pointed Gun at Family in Taco Bell Drive-Thru

GRESHAM, Ore. — The Gresham Police have identified and arrested the man who pulled out a gun and pointed it at a car occupied by a child and two adults at the Taco Bell drive-thru on Halloween night.

The police had released a picture of the suspect and appealed to the public for help to identify him.

The incident apparently occurred when the man became frustrated with the service at the Taco Bell.

He is said to have banged on the restaurant doors before climbing into his truck and attempting to cut in line at the drive-thru.

He pulled out a gun and threatened the three occupants of a vehicle when other customers told him to get into the back of the line and wait his turn for service.

The suspect was driving a gray Ford F-150 with Oregon Cultural Trust license plates and a camper shell. He was wearing a black jacket with a badge, tentatively identified as a security company.Police had regarded the suspect as armed and possibly dangerous.
