Grants Pass Robbery Victim Beaten and Held at Gunpoint Before Police Arrest Three Suspects on I-5
GRANTS PASS, Ore. — Police arrested three suspects shortly after an armed robbery in the Lil Pantry parking lot on Monument Drive in Grants Pass on Valentine’s Day. The suspects stole the victims’ shoes, pants, and wallet before fleeing southbound on the I-5.
Josephine County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that police responding to a 911 report on Feb 14 at 1.15 am found the victim, who said he was robbed at gunpoint by two subjects who hit him on the head with a weapon before fleeing.
The victim was taken to an area hospital by AMR after being interviewed.
Deputies found the suspects’ vehicle as it exited the southbound 55 exit before continuing southbound on I-5. After a high-risk vehicle stop just south of the Rogue River exit, three male occupants were ordered out of the vehicle.

Ordee Martin, Manuel Martinez, and Kevin Rhodes, who confirmed they were the suspects of the robbery, were detained without incident. During the search of the vehicle, a large amount of cash was found in the back seat.
All three were arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery I. Martin and Martinez were also arrested for Robbery I, and, in addition, Martinez had two outstanding Felony Warrants for Robbery I out of California. They were all lodged in the Josephine County Adult Jail.
