Grants Pass Police Arrest Hit-and-Run Suspect After He Rolls His Truck While Trying to Flee

GRANTS PASS, Ore. — The Grants Pass Police Department arrested 43-year-old Mario Mota, a hit-and-run suspect, after he lost control attempting to turn onto Foothill Blvd from NE D Street, rolling his truck into a private yard on NW 6th Street and NW A Street.

Mota had just turned off the Interstate 5 from Milepost 58, driving at a high rate of speed before exiting at Milepost 55.

Police received a call about the hit-and-run suspect who was attempting to flee the scene around 10:30 am yesterday.
