Dispute Between Known Individuals Sparks Shooting in Vacant Klamath County Residence
KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore. — The Klamath County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) is investigating a shooting between two known individuals in a vacant house in the area of South Lalakes Avenue and Charley Street on Monday afternoon.
KCSO and Oregon State Police (OSP) deputies responded to reports of the shooting on Monday at 12:52 p.m.
Their investigation revealed that this was not an isolated incident, but a dispute between two known individuals that did not involve the general public. A suspect has been identified through witness statements and video surveillance.
Although shots were fired into the vacant residence, no one was inside when police searched the house. As all parties had dispersed before law enforcement’s arrival, no injuries or victims were reported
