3 Grants Pass Men In Custody After Assault at 5th Street Resting Area

GRANTS PASS, Ore. —  Responding to reports of a disturbance between four men on Saturday at about 2:47 p.m., Grants Pass Police dispatched to the 5th Street Resting Area found a 46-year-old man bleeding from his head and mouth.

After an exhaustive investigation, the three suspects were identified and arrested on Wednesday.

The victim indicated he had been punched, hit with a baton across the head, and pepper-sprayed but refused medical assistance offered to him. After police reviewed the surveillance video, the suspects were identified, and the three were arrested on the following charges:

  • 34-year-old Kaleb Farmer: Assault II, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Tampering with Evidence. 46-year-old Jonathan Bull: Tampering with Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.
  • 37-year-old Aaron Storm: Assault II and Unlawful Use of Mace.

 

All three were lodged at the Josephine County Jail.
