Police Find Roseburg Burglar Enjoying Breakfast After Breaking Into Stranger’s Home
ROSEBURG, Ore. — After stealing a phone, a charger, and a small quantity of marijuana, a 33-year-old Roseburg man cooked himself a hearty breakfast before police arrived and took him into custody.
The home owners 17-year-old son alerted the Roseburg Police Department at 9 a.m. on Thursday about the presence of an unknown person inside the residence.
On their arrival, the police arrested Ezekiel Shiloni Dolcide without incident. Dolcide, who had entered the property through a window, had the stolen goods in his pockets. Dolcide said he had made himself a breakfast of eggs, washed down with juice, and had been inside the home for about three hours.
He was taken to the Douglas County Jail and charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree theft.
