Out-of-State Tip Helps Oregon Deputies Bust 7-Man Crew Behind $200K Burglary in Welches

A tip-off from an out-of-state law enforcement agency led deputies from the Clackamas Sheriff’s Office to the arrest of seven men in a holiday home in Welches, and the recovery of items stolen valued at more than $200,000 in a residential burglary earlier this month.

Deputies served and executed a search warrant at a vacation home on E. Huckleberry Drive last Saturday, where they recovered items stolen from a residential property in unincorporated Clackamas County on October 14, 2025.

 

CCSO Has Identified and Charged the Suspects

The seven men were booked into the Clackamas County Jail on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree aggravated theft, and first-degree criminal mischief are:

Luis Felipe Bedoya Martinez (49), Johan H. Buitrago (34), Daniel Alexander Mosquera Velasco (24), Alejandro Mosquera Velasco (26), Yarlenson Alberto Quintero Agredo (29), Erol Quintero (24), and Frank Mongui Quintero (25).

The CCSO has released photographs of the seven suspects who they believe may be involved in additional burglaries in the area. Investigators wish to speak to anyone who may have further information about criminal activities involving the seven men.
