The burglary took place at 3.53 a.m. on November 13 at a pipe shop in the 3600 block of Southeast Division Street.

Portland resident, Amber M. Turner (39), was arrested while cycling four blocks from the scene of the robbery.

She was charged with second-degree burglary and has been indicted on additional charges by a Multnomah County Grand Jury.

The investigation revealed that two additional suspects were involved in the burglary, and anyone able to assist them identify these individuals is asked to e-mail [email protected] and reference case number 25-311546.

The Burglary Task Force is a collaboration of members from the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, the County District Attorney’s Office, Gresham, Port of Portland, the Portland Police Bureau, and the Transit Police Division.

The task force comprises two deputy district attorneys and a data analyst from the district attorney’s office, one sheriff’s office detective, one officer each from the Port of Portland and the Gresham Police Department, and three investigators, a sergeant, and an investigative crime analyst from the Portland Police Bureau.
