Federal Agents Hunt Arson Suspect in Portland With $10,000 Reward on the Line

PORTLAND, Ore. — The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is looking for 28-year-old Ronald Watson, a/k/a Sarah Watson, a/k/a Miranda Kyle, a/k/a Emily Smith, of Kennesaw, Georgia, who is wanted on charges of arson and destruction of government property related to a 2020 attack on the ICE building in downtown Atlanta.

Watson is thought to be hiding out in downtown Portland. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Ronald Scott Watson on July 23, 2025, and the FBI has offered a reward- of up to $10,000, for information you give them that leads to finding the location of and the arrest of Watson.
