Kim Zolciak-Biermann Faces Public Foreclosure on Georgia Mansion

Last November, Kim Zolciak-Biermann may have denied that her Georgia Mansion was facing foreclosure, but now there is no denying it. At this time, she posted a video on her Instagram, saying it was just a rumor. She started by stating that her house was not sold for $257,000. Then went on to say that anyone who thinks she would have let it go for that after putting millions and millions of dollars into it is an idiot.

She said she would be there for Christmas and her birthday in May, as well as all these other amazing dates. She said she would be there until she f-ing moved, telling all the haters they can enjoy the view because they will be seeing it for a long time.

A notice was provided in mid-February stating that Fulton County Trust Bank would be auctioning off said property on March 7. Zolciak-Biermann and her husband, Kroy Biermann, took out a loan in October 2012 for 1.65 million and have since defaulted on it. The property will be auctioned off in front of the Fulton County Courthouse.

It is estimated by Realtor.com that the home, which has seven bedrooms, is worth $2,540,300. The couple purchased the 7,000 square foot home for $800,000.

After the couple purchased the home in 2012, Kim gave a tour of the house on Bravo’s Reality Series called Don’t Be Tardy, saying she absolutely loved their new home. In this video, she shows various rooms in her home, including several of her favorite places, one of which includes The Hollywood Room. This lush room is considered her girl’s TV room where they can hang out with their friends. Kim says she is obsessed with the room. Who would not be? It features an 8-foot by 7-foot chandelier, lots of pillows, and a comfy couch.

Kim also shows the elevator, stating that all of them can fit in it. She said her girls will send their bags up from the mall when they get home instead of carrying them up the stairs. When the elevator arrives at her floor, and she opens it, it is stuffed full of camping gear.

While touring her dining room, Kim reveals that she loves bling and had some bling put on the dining room chairs. She also had bling put on the bottom of the curtains. As she walks by the table, she grabs a head chair and says that she and Kroy are the king and queen of this f-ing house and that it is perfect for them. Moving on, they go over to the China cabinet, where she shows her Versache China that has never been used, then says she will one day pass it along to her children, then gives a look and says “yeah right, I’m taking that sh*t to the grave, honey”.

The video tour also gives quick views of the study, Ariana’s room, and the bar are, as well as the pool area with a waterfall, and a basketball court.

Kim has made her riches from various adventures. (2) She launched Kashmere Kollections, a beauty and lifestyle company, in 2016. Later that year, she released her Kashmere perfume brand. It is estimated that she has a networth of $500,000 after appearing on the Bravo TV Show The Real Housewives of Atlanta and its spinoff show Don’t Be Tardy. She has also toyed with the idea of establishing a country music career, with a single called “Tardy For the Party”.

Kim and Kroy have been married since 2011. Once they were married, he adopted her two girls, Brielle and Adriana, ages 25 and 21, who took his last name. Since then, they have added to their family.
