Kulongoski's back... can his trip to the war zone be useful?
Now that the governor is back, we ask the question, what does a trip like this accomplish. I would say not much yet, but what the information he gained is used for could help with a tipping point that grows locally and puts pressure on our Oregon delegation of lawmakers to Washington D.C.
'Tis the season... right? But which season?
It's a sign of the times that even something as benign as Christmas can draw controversy. Some want Christmas banned for Holiday, others like Mike want to be a scrooge against everything ...seriously, we're taking it all too seriously.
Speaking of no good deed goes unpunished, the old Handyman building is getting new life ...and a lot of complaints too.
A new one-stop shopping place so to speak for the area's homeless and needy had a ribbon cutting Friday night. The list of complaints has already begun.
