The editorial board takes one last peek back at the election asking the question, "What does it all mean?" Mayor John Morrison said he believes the vote shows that residents of Ashland are mostly pleased with the current direction of the council. It goes without saying that they editors beg to differ. Even though it goes without saying, rest assured they say it anyway.
Next the guys look forward by asking the question, "What can we agree on?" Editor Andrew Scot Bolsinger thinks the paper should try to build a list of items that a strong majority of voters will build on in efforts to take the attention away from those things that division is never going to solve. But the other editors may have news for the chief.
