Support the March4Hope

I encourage you to attend the March4Hope organized by NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. This annual event and fundraiser brings awareness to the impact of mental health issues in our community.

NAMI provides support for families and individuals through education and advocacy. The March4Hope is 1 to 4 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 7, at Pear Blossom Park (Medford Commons II), 312 E. Fourth St. Special guests include Stacy Brubaker from Jackson County Mental Health and Peter Buckley, former state representative. For information visit or call 541-774-7872.

Together we can stomp out the stigma of mental illness!

Thanks for response

Wow — On Tuesday, 20 minutes after a city of Ashland street maintenance employee called in a dangerously deteriorated section of pavement near our house in the Mountain Creek neighborhood, a crew was there to give it a temporary patch.

Thanks to whoever you are for getting us a solution started to  a problem that has been plaguing us for over a year.
