Celine Seus, 19, passed away June 22, 2017 in Los Angeles, California, due to complications with mononucleosis and pneumonia. Celine was born November 19, 1997 in Medford, Oregon to Mark and Lety Seus.
Celine is the tenth of 11 children, and the youngest of six sisters. Her siblings Steve, Ray, Coni, Joe, Matt, Jackie, Jessica, Amy, Michelle, and David all adored their beautiful red-headed sister. Celine attended Sacred Heart School, St. Mary's High, and graduated from South Medford High School where she was a cheerleader and captain of the dance team. She had just finished her freshman year at Chapman University in Orange, Calif.
Celine loved surfing, dancing, and people. She was a fun and positive mentor to young children, including her nine nieces and nephews. Celine was an exciting, adventurous, and loyal friend to her peers and many cousins. Adults loved and admired her because she was responsible and mature beyond her years.
Celine is survived by her parents, Mark and Lety Seus; brothers, Steve, Ray, Joe, Matt, and David; and sisters, Coni, Jackie, Jessica, Amy and Michelle.
A funeral Mass officiated by Father Ken Sampson will be held Friday, July 7, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Medford, OR. Arrangements by Perl Siskiyou Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Celine Seus Foundation at Umpqua Bank.
Celine was an inspirational, smiling, and shining light to all.
