Schneider Museum of Art: “The Animated Image,” a collection of artwork by Matt Bollinger, Chris Doyle, Rick Silva and Stacey Steers, will open Wednesday, April 11, and run through May 12 at the Schneider Museum of Art, 555 Indiana St., on the Southern Oregon University campus in Ashland. Holocaust Remembrance Day: The Havurah Synagogue and Temple Emek Shalom will join for the annual commemoration of Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at Temple Emek Shalom, 1800 E. The director and some of the cast of the Collaborative Theater Project’s recent powerful performance of “The Diary of Anne Frank” will be on hand to talk about how putting on the play impacted them.
