North Mountain Park & Nature Center: The Nature Center offers a variety of programs and interpretive exhibits that teach local natural and cultural history and sustainable living. Jesse Cook: Canadian guitar virtuoso Jesse Cook will perform his signature blend of flamenco, Jazz, classical, world, blues and pop rhythms and instrumentals at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, at the Craterian Theater, 23 S. Central Ave., Medford. Cook's newest album, "Beyond Borders," was released last September. Cook has won three Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards for Guitarist of the Year. Online Historic Lithia Park Tour: Take a self-guided, online tour through Lithia Park in Ashland using Ashland Parks and Recreation's online story map, which highlights historic sites and features throughout the park. Breakfast: The Rogue Valley New Day Network Breakfast will begin at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16, at the Rogue Valley Unitarian Fellowship, 87 Fourth St. Ashland. The breakfast speaker will be Connie Saldana, a planner for Senior and Disability services at the Rogue Valley Council of Goverments, will present "Servies for Seniors in the Rogue Valley." The RV New Day Network promotes peace, justice and sustainability in the Rogue Valley. This is a no-waste event, so participants are asked to bring their own utensils, plate, napkin, cup and food to share.
