Advent Faire: First Presbyterian Church will host an Advent faire from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at 1615 Clark Ave., Ashland. Visit a photo booth, create a wreath, ornaments, gingerbread houses, candles and more. Bring socks, gloves and scarves to help decorate the "Winter Shelter Tree" which will be given to the needy visiting the Night Shelter. Memory Loss Support Group: Memory Works hosts a support group for people dealing with dementia, either themselves or a family member. North Mountain Park & Nature Center: The Nature Center offers a variety of programs and interpretive exhibits that teach local natural and cultural history and sustainable living.
