Talent Harvest Festival: The annual Harvest Festival in downtown Talent kicks off with a pancake breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7. The 5K, 10K Run and Walk takes off at 8 a.m. The main attraction, the Grand Parade will travel along Main Street at 10 a.m. Live music by Ur Mom, Ashland Taiko and The Rogue Suspects starts at 11 a.m. on the City Hall Stage. A clown and puppet show and dancing by Ballet Folklorico Ritmo Alegre will be at the Skate Park. Look for growers' booths, food vendors, children's activities and a car and motorcycle show. Oregon Old-Time Fiddlers: The Oregon Old-Time Fiddlers will host its monthly jam session from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Phoenix Grange, 209 N. Indigenous Peoples' Day Celebration: The two day celebration kicks off at 6:15 p.m  Sunday, Oct. 8, with performances by Dancing Spirit and Supaman on the Courtyard Stage at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, 15 S. Pioneer St., Ashland. A full day of activities will take place Monday, Oct. 9, starting with a salmon bake and social at 11 a.m. in the Southern Oregon University courtyard, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., and a Decolonizing Plays workshop from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in the Rogue River Room in SOU's Stevenson Union. A Decolonization Celebration will take place at 6:15 at OSF's Courtyard Stage, and a "Off the Rails" will be presented at 8 p.m. in the Angus Bowmer Theater.
