Preschool Puppet Theatre: See what Brenda Bear and friends are up to at 10:30 a.m. the second Friday of every month at North Mountain Park Nature Center, 620 N. Mountain Ave., Ashland. H St., Grants Pass. Parents of three, the duo rarely tours, though it has sold millions of CDs over the past 10 years. In 2013, Talan was diagnosed with breast cancer.
