Southern Oregon Concert Band: The community band, conducted by Michael Wraight, will present "Fanfares, Flourishes and Marches," a program that opens with R. Flamenco Pacifico: The flamenco band — guitarists Berto Boyd and Grant Ruiz, percussionist Terry Longshore and dancer Elena Villa — will celebrate the release of its debut CD, "Convivencia," at 8 p.m. Friday, March 24, at Hilltop Music Shop, 205 N.
