Ashland High School will present "The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940" for nine performances between Nov. 2 and Nov. 13 at the Mountain Avenue Theatre. 

Tickets cost $15 for reserved seating, $10 for general and $7 for students under 18 and seniors over 65, and can be purchased in downtown Ashland at Paddington Station, Tree House Books and Music Coop. Reserved tickets can only be purchased online at www.showtix4u.com.

Directed by Michael J. Hume, a veteran actor at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and director at Southern Oregon University, the play is a witty whodunit that enjoyed a long and critically hailed run both on and off Broadway.

The cast includes Zoe Lishinsky, Tessa Buckley, Sienna Ross, Audrey Cirzan, Cara Feldman, Nur Shelton, Michael W. Burt, Kyle Storie, Nicky Clary and Will Ranson.

The evening shows will begin at 7:30 p.m. and two Sunday matinees, Nov. 6 and Nov. 13, start at 2 p.m.
