Florence Lydia Pulliam, 96 of Medford, Ore. passed away Monday January 20, 2014 of natural causes. Florence was born on January 31, 1917 in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Florence was a member of the Eastern Star; the First Baptist Church of Ceres, Calif.; the Horseman's Club of Turlock, Calif. and the PTA Tegner Grammer School. Florence retired from Gallo Winery in Modesto, Calif. and was a member of the Distillery, Wine and Allied Workers International Union.

Florence enjoyed sewing, upholstering, remodeling and gardening. She was very talented and deeply loved by her grandchildren. We all love you and will miss you.

She is survived by sons Robert L. Pulliam of Mountain Ranch, Calif. and Dennis R. Pulliam of Medford, Ore.; daughter Lois G. Patten of Sacramento, Calif.; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her former husband Lawrence Pulliam; her parents Bussie and Atropa Brown; sister Evelyn Kahre and great grandson Adam Williams.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday January 29, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Lakewood Memorial Park; 900 Santa Fe Ave.; Hughson, CA. Arrangements are by Rogue Valley Funeral Alternatives of Medford, Ore. and Lakewood Memorial Park of Hughson, Calif.
