Camelot Theatre will present a musical celebration of America, “Woody Guthrie's American Song” the story of the rambling folk singer and the people who inspired his words and music. The cast includes Tamara Marston, Kendra Taylor, Tyler Ward, Peter Wickliffe and Scott Woolsey, along with Peter Spring, Mark Tuttle and James Abdo. Livia Genise directs. Previews are set for 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 8-9. Tickets to the Aug. 8 preview cost $25, and proceeds will benefit The Amigo Club. Tickets for the Aug. 9 preview cost $12. The show opens Friday, Aug. 10, and runs through Sept. 9. Curtain is at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays and at 2 p.m. Sundays. A pay-what-you-can performance is set for 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15. Tickets cost $25, $23 for students and seniors.
