Red Earth Descendants will host a benefit dinner for Grandmother Agnes Baker-Pilgrim and the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers Council from 4 to 11 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the Bellview Grange, 1050 Tolman Creek Road. Baker-Pilgrim is a Takelma tribal elder and will share stories about her people at the event, and Antoinette Nora Claypoole will read from her new book, “Ghost Rider Roads: Inside the American Indian Movement.” There will be dinner, along with music by Phoenix Sigalove and Whistling Elk.
