Flynn was 2-for-4 with two RBIs, Schlecht 2-for-4 with one RBI and Rogan 1-for-4 with one RBI.
Schlecht was solid in his first outing but couldn't pick up the win after Henley scored three unearned runs on three errors in the third inning.
Flynn took the mound in the sixth and held the Hornets scoreless on three hits and one strikeout over the final three innings.
"I was just absolutely thrilled with the performances of (Flynn and Schlecht)," said Paul Westhelle after his first game as Ashland's head coach.
The Grizzlies began their comeback in the bottom of the inning when Billy Hansen reached on an error, Schlecht singled and Flynn delivered an RBI double to make it 3-1.
Ashland tied it in the fifth on back-to-back RBI doubles by Schlecht and Flynn.
"Overall, I was pretty pleased," Westhelle said. "Outside of the one really sloppy inning I definitely think we did pretty well and took a big step forward in learning how to play together as a team."
