Mandolin, guitar and banjo player Brian Freeman and his group, featuring pianist Don Harriss, bassist Steve Fain and vocalists Christine Williams and Jim Finnegan, will celebrate the birthday of Scotland’s national poet Robert Burns and the release of Freeman’s second collection of Burns’ songs, “Contented Wi’ Little and Cantie Wi Mair,” at the annual Evening of Scottish Music to be presented at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 44 N.
