Ashland’s second annual Southern Oregon Pride Festival starts with a drag show by Diamond’s Divas featuring dancing to music by DJ Hope from 107.5 KISS FM. The show starts at 7 p.m. at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St. Tickets are $20 or $10 for students. The festivities continue at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, with a booth fair in Lithia Park until 5 p.m. The Pride Parade March begins at noon down Main Street. Live musical performances will be in the Lithia Park band shell from 1 to 2:30 p.m. A special Green Show, titled “Out & About: Pop Pride!” will be at 6:45 p.m. in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival courtyard off Pioneer Street.
