Anne DeLuca Brewer

Anne DeLuca Brewer, 95, passed away Friday, May 6, 2011, in Ashland, Ore. Anne was born on March 23, 1916, in Nashwauk, Minn.

Anne was married to Lewis DeLuca for forty-five years, and Art Brewer for twenty years. She was a waitress at old-time favorites such as The White House, The Clock, and the Bamboo Terrace. She also worked seasonally at Harry and David. Anne was a member of the Eagles, in Medford, Ore.

Anne had a life-long love of dancing. She won the Eagles Lodge Grand Champion dancing award with her husband, Art, in 1997. Anne loved traveling and family get-togethers. She walked five miles every day.

Anne is survived by her daughter, Patty Davison, of Jacksonville, Ore.; son, Ronald DeLuca, of Ashland, Ore.; brother, James Chellico; sisters, Daisy Simone, of Nashwauk, Minn., Minnie Frangnito, of Missoula, Mont., Angeline Tripp, of Missoula, Mont.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Anne was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane DeLuca; and brother, Louis Chellico.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, May 15, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., at Perl Funeral Home.
