SHIMSHAI, JAYA LAKSHMI, ZONKA: "Attitude of Gratitude Concert," featuring ancient Hebrew songs by Shimshai, devotional Indian singing and music by Jaya Lakshmi and world music by Zonka & Friends, will start at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at Havurah Shir Hadash, 185 N. CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHORALE: The Rogue Valley Chorale, under the direction of conductor Lynn Sjolund, will present Bach's cantata, "Sleepers Wake, The Night is Flying," along with anthems by Pulitzer Prize-winning composers and traditional carols at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, at the Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater, 23 S. Central Ave., Medford. Tickets cost $20, $5 for students and are available at the new Craterian box office, 16 S. SISKIYOU DINE AND DISCOVER: The Siskiyou Dine and Discover Club hosts a series of dining and entertainment programs at the Masonic Lodge, 570 Clover Lane, Ashland. Next is a holiday concert by the Ashland High School Choir at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16. Doors open at 6 p.m., and a catered dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Other musical and educational programs include an artist's talk by Betty LaDuke on Jan. 20, lectures by veterinarian Howard Miller on Feb. 17 and authors Virginia Morell and Michael McRae on March 17 and an April 21 presentation by Wildlife Images.
