The Ashland Independent Film Festival is looking for volunteers to help put on the 10th anniversary festival scheduled for April 7-11. An AIFF volunteer orientation meeting will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St. Learn the many ways you can participate during the festival or year-round. Musicians Swap Meet

The 13th annual Musicians Swap Meet will be held from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, at the Bellview Grange Hall, 1050 Tolman Creek Road near Siskiyou Blvd. in Ashland. All sellers should reserve their tables in advance, as there will be only 40 tables available and they will go fast. Tables are $20 for the 6-foot table and $12 for a card table.
