Police assisted Ashland Fire & Rescue with a fire at the Ashland High School football stadium in the 200 block of South Mountain Avenue.

Wednesday 12:25 p.m. — Police received a cross report from the Department of Human Services regarding possible neglect in the Ashland area.

Wednesday 4:04 p.m. — A 57-year-old man was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the first block of South Pioneer Street.

Wednesday 4:35 p.m. — Police arrested a 31-year-old man was arrested on one charge of first degree criminal trespass and two charges of second degree criminal trespass in the 400 block of Fernwood Drive. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday 10:21 p.m. — Police assisted Ashland Fire & Rescue with a fire at the Ashland High School football stadium in the 200 block of South Mountain Avenue. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Thursday 1:18 a.m. — Police arrested a 54-year-old man after he was found to be too impaired to operate a motor vehicle in the 100 block of East Main Street. The man was transported to the Moore Center in Medford where he was cited and released to the detox center staff.

Wednesday 5:09 p.m. — AFR responded to an emergency medical services call in the area of Old Siskiyou Highway and Steinman Drive.
