Friday 11:24 a.m. — An unknown person smashed the front and rear passenger windows of a vehicle in the 2400 block of Ashland Street.

Friday 1:07 p.m. — An Ashland resident reported being the victim of fraud in the 600 block of Spring Creek Drive.

Friday 8:41 p.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old man for misdemeanor driving while suspended in the 800 block of Clay Street. He was cited and released.

Friday 8:28 p.m. — A man was caught trespassing in the 400 block of Beach Street.

Saturday 2:32 a.m. — Police arrested a 36-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was found to be too impaired to operate a motor vehicle in the 200 block of North Pioneer Street. He was cited for refusing to take a breath test and was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 3:05 a.m. — Police arrested a 22-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants at North Main and Schofield streets.

Saturday 6:35 a.m. — A drinking fountain was vandalized in the 100 block of Winburn Way.

Saturday 3:24 p.m. — Police cited a juvenile for possession of tobacco in the 100 block of Winburn Way.

Saturday 9:43 p.m. — Police arrested a 28-year-old man for assault and harassment after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Fifth Street.

Sunday 12:23 a.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old man for harassment at the Hong Kong bar in the first block of North Main Street. He was cited and released.

Sunday 5:37 a.m. — Police arrested a 30-year-old man for trespassing on public railroad property in the area of Oak Street and Clear Creek Drive. He was cited and released.

Sunday 1:02 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a burglary in the first block of Wightman Street. There are currently no leads or suspects.

Sunday 1:40 p.m. — An elderly woman passed away from apparent natural causes in the 1900 block of Nezla Street.

Sunday 2:52 p.m. — Police cited a 20-year-old woman for open container of alcohol at Calle Guanajuato Park in the first block of Winburn Way.

Sunday 3:11 p.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old man for an Ashland municipal court warrant in the first block of Winburn Way.

Sunday 8:12 p.m. — Police cited and released a 40-year-old man for second degree trespassing in the 100 block of East Main Street. He was arrested again at 10:46 p.m. for trespassing and disorderly conduct after he refused to leave Standing Stone Brewery in the 100 block of Oak Street. He was taken into custody and lodged at Jackson County Jail.
