Tuesday 8:31 a.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a bicyclist in the area of Siskiyou Boulevard near Garfield Street. The bicyclist was transported to the hospital for apparently minor injuries.
Tuesday 9:13 a.m. — A registered sex offender was found to be out of compliance with registration requirements in the 100 block of Maple Street. The offender was located and registered, and the case will be forwarded to the District Attorney for prosecution.

Tuesday 1:16 p.m. — A woman reported that someone unlawfully entered her residence in the 900 block of East Main Street and stole some of her belongings.
Tuesday 1:54 p.m. — A known man was reported trespassing at the hospital in the 200 block of Maple Street.
Tuesday 7:07 p.m. — Police cited a 22-year-old man for scattering rubbish in the first block of North Main Street.
Wednesday 12:10 a.m. — Police took an adult man into protective custody and transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center after he expressed suicidal thoughts in the Ashland area.
