Friday 8:05 a.m. — Ashland police assisted Oregon State Police by performing a drug influence evaluation in the 300 block of North Front Street.

Friday 9:57 a.m. — Police arrested a 31-year-old man on a Jackson County circuit court warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the area of Will Dodge Way and North First Street.

Friday 11:59 a.m. — A man reported a burglary of rental property in the 300 block of Helman Street.

Friday 1:34 p.m. — An unknown person stole a purse from a car parked near Lithia Park in the 100 block of Winburn Way.

Friday 2:12 p.m. — A woman reported her daughter's cell phone stolen from a locker room at Ashland Middle School.

Friday 4:11 p.m. — A 30-year-old was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the first block of Winburn Way.

Saturday 1:37 a.m. — Police arrested a 39-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the first block of North Main Street.

Saturday 2:05 a.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Nevada Street. No arrests were made, but a small amount of narcotics and paraphernalia were seized from the scene.

Saturday 2:41 p.m. — Police arrested a 59-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants, attempting to elude, driving while suspended and was cited for driving uninsured and for refusal of a breath test in the first block of Morton Street.

Saturday 4:04 p.m. — A male juvenile was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and minor in possession of tobacco in the first block of North Main Street.

Saturday 4:04 p.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old man in the first block of North Main Street on a detention warrant issued by his probation officer. He was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance, psilocybin.

Saturday 11:33 p.m. — Police arrested a 20-year-old woman for minor in possession of alcohol in the area of North Riverside Avenue and Ohio Street.

Sunday 2:09 a.m. — Police arrested an 18-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the area of East 10th Street and Willamette Avenue.

Sunday 2:12 a.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man on an outstanding warrant in the 700 block of Terra Avenue. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Sunday 2:55 a.m. — Police took an adult man into protective custody in the area of East Main and Fordyce streets. He was transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center for treatment.

Sunday 3:36 p.m. — Police arrested a 56-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the area of Ashland and Washington streets. She was cited and released.

Sunday 11:49 p.m. — Police responded to an adult man acting disorderly at DJ's Video Store in the 1600 block of Ashland Street.

Monday 1:43 a.m. — Police investigated a criminal mischief case in the 1500 block of Peachey Road.

Monday 10:25 a.m. — Police investigated a possible child neglect case in the Ashland area.

Monday 10:42 a.m. — Police arrested a 49-year-old man for failure to comply with his sex offender registration in the 2300 block of Ashland Street.

Monday 1:31 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an unknown substance flowing from a storm drain into the creek in the first block of North Main Street. The case is currently under investigation.

Tuesday 12:28 a.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old woman for domestic violence assault in the first block of North Main Street. She was taken into custody and lodged at Jackson County Jail.
