A 20-year-old woman was arrested and lodged in jail on domestic violence charges in the 1300 block of Seena Lane.

Wednesday 2:34 a.m. — A 29-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault in the 400 block of Wightman Street. The man was taken into custody and lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday 7:44 a.m. — An unknown person broke a window at the Ashland Parks and Recreation office in an attempt to burglarize the building in the 300 block of South Pioneer Street.

Wednesday 10:45 a.m. — A woman reported that someone fraudulently used her debit card in the 100 block of Church Street.

Wednesday 11:28 a.m. — A woman reported that she was the victim of a sexual assault in the Ashland area.

Wednesday 12:21 p.m. — Police will contact the Monroe County Sheriff's Office in New York regarding a sex abuse case that occurred in the Ashland area.

Wednesday 3:34 p.m. — Police received a report of a 14-year-old female juvenile runaway in the 300 block of Granite Street.

Wednesday 5:23 p.m. — Police took an intoxicated male adult into protective custody in the 200 block of North First Street. He was lodged at the detox center.

Wednesday 8:25 p.m. — A 20-year-old woman was arrested and lodged in jail on domestic violence charges in the 1300 block of Seena Lane.

Wednesday 8:37 a.m. — A vehicle hit the rear corner of the Safeway building, which caused damage in the 500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.
