Police released a description this morning of a suspect in a downtown burglary case, after recovering security footage from the scene. At 3:47 a.m. Tuesday, a burglar smashed a window at the Ashland Outdoor Store and stole several pairs of sunglasses, Ashland Police Chief Terry Holderness said this morning.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with a medium build. He was wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, a baseball cap, blue jeans and gloves.
"Unless they look right in the camera, it's kind of hard to get a good picture, and he probably didn't have a real good incentive to do that," Holderness said.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Ashland Police Department at 541-482-5211.
