Tuesday 9:30 a.m. — Police investigated a sexual assault in the Ashland area.

Tuesday 11:28 a.m. — A known person turned in a found wallet in the first block of Winburn Way.

Tuesday 11:40 a.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Siskiyou Boulevard and Bridge Street. A driver rear-ended another vehicle while the vehicle was stopped for a pedestrian.

Tuesday 1:00 p.m. — Police stopped a 22-year-old man for failing to wear his seat belt in the area of California and East Main streets. During the stop, police cited the man for multiple violations including driving uninsured. His vehicle was about to be impounded, but the tow truck was canceled after a licensed driver agreed to drive the vehicle for the man.

Tuesday 1:19 p.m. — A male juvenile was found to be in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the 200 block of South Mountain Avenue.

Tuesday 2:42 p.m. — Police arrested a 32-year-old man in the first block of South Pioneer Street on an outstanding Ashland warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of furnishing alcohol to minors.

Tuesday 3:49 p.m. — Police arrested a 50-year-old woman in the area of North Laurel Street and Orange Avenue after she violated a condition of her parole. She was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday 12:25 a.m. — Police responded to a domestic assault in the first block of North Second Street. A 40-year-old man was lodged at Jackson County Jail on charges of assault in the fourth degree and harassment.
