Jeff Olson, two-time Olympian, three-time national downhill champion and PanAmerican gold medalist, will give workshops on "Live an Olympic Level Life" at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Ashland Springs Hotel, 212 E. Main St., Ashland, and 7 p.m. Friday at the Red Lion Hotel, 200 N. Riverside Ave., Medford.

The presentation is designed not only for athletes, coaches and weekend warriors but also doctors, patients with chronic disease and others who want to learn how to think, eat and move well.
