Friday 2:42 a.m. — Police arrested a 22-year-old man for assaulting a man in the first block of North Main Street. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Friday 8:54 a.m. — Police arrested a 39-year-old man for disorderly conduct and trespassing in the area of Ashland and Clay streets. A woman reported that she heard a man yelling and threatening to kill another person. Shortly thereafter, the woman heard what she believed to be a gunshot. With the assistance of the Medford Police Department, police found the man under the Clay Street Bridge and lodged him at Jackson County Jail.

Friday 9:44 a.m. — A purse found on North Second and East Main streets was turned into police. The property was later returned to its owner.

Friday 2:31 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an unidentified woman unconscious near the area of Clear Creek Drive and North Mountain Avenue. She was transported to the hospital for medical care.

Friday 3:21 p.m. — Police received a report from the Department of Human Services regarding child abuse and neglect in the Ashland area. The investigation was closed at the screening level.

Friday 7:49 p.m. — A wallet was found near the Irish Pub at the corner of East Main and Pioneer. The owner was later contacted by phone regarding her property.

Saturday 3:05 p.m. — A gold and silver ring was turned in as found property after it was found in the first block of Winburn Way. The ring was placed in police lost and found.

Sunday 12:46 a.m. — Police arrested a 35-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the area of Central Avenue and Helman Street.

Sunday 1:54 a.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old woman for assault at the Hong Kong Bar located in the first block of North Main Street. She was taken into custody and lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Sunday 10:03 a.m. — A juvenile reported that an acquaintance threatened to sexually assault her in a text message in the Ashland area.

Sunday 4:07 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances were documented in the area of Clay Street and Faith Avenue.

Monday 1:24 a.m. — Police assisted Washington County with contacting a suspect in a criminal mischief case in the 2600 block of Takelma Way.

Monday 4:12 a.m. — A 54-year-old woman shattered the glass door of the Knights Inn lobby in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. She was cited for criminal mischief.
