Monday 10:05 a.m. — An unknown person turned in a cell phone found in the Ashland area.

Monday 11:01 a.m. — A 27-year-old woman was arrested in the 100 block of Garfield Street for a contempt of court misdemeanor warrant. She was lodged at Jackson County Jail.
