Police cited and released two 25-year-old men for disorderly conduct after the two were involved in a fight on Oak Street and Oak Lawn Avenue.

Thursday 2:49 a.m. — Police cited and released two 25-year-old men for disorderly conduct after the two were involved in a "mutual combat" fight on Oak Street and Oak Lawn Avenue.

Thursday 4:57 a.m. — A woman was involved in a single motor vehicle crash due to icy conditions in the 2400 block of Ashland Street. Her vehicle was towed as a result of the damage.

Thursday 11:29 p.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop on East Main and South Pioneer streets. He was transported to APD where he was cited and released.

Friday 2:32 a.m. — Police observed a 24-year-old man remove a stuffed giraffe from the front of Bug A Boo at 40 North Main St. He left with the giraffe, and police stopped him in the parking lot at Water and B streets. The man was cited for theft, and the giraffe is at APD to be released to the business.
