An unknown female stole an 18-pack of Budweiser beer at Safeway.

Thursday 5:11 p.m. — A 44-year-old woman was arrested in the 1600 block of Ashland Street on a valid warrant.

Thursday 6:53 p.m. — An unknown female stole an 18-pack of Budweiser beer at Safeway. She was last seen entering a dark colored Subaru wagon with no front license plate.

Thursday 11:07 p.m. — A man violated a no contact order on at least two separate occasions in the 1000 block of Henry Street. His location is unknown, and the case is under investigation.

Friday 12:34 a.m. — Police found a vehicle stopped in the roadway at the corner of North Main and Skidmore streets. The driver was found to be highly intoxicated and police placed the driver under arrest for driving under the influence of intoxicants. The passenger was additionally found to have a valid warrant, and both individuals were lodged at Jackson County Jail. The driver later submitted to a blood test at the hospital.
