A person reported seeing a van driving recklessly near the intersection of North Main Street and Van Ness Avenue.

Wednesday 8:54 p.m. — A person reported seeing a van driving recklessly near the intersection of North Main Street and Van Ness Avenue. The van was located in the 100 block of Church Street, and police contacted a 31-year-old man who was intoxicated and admitted to driving the vehicle. He was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, and was transported to the Ashland Police Department where he blew a .18 BAC.

Wednesday 11:23 p.m. — An Ashland police officer assisted Talent Police by conducting a drug influence evaluation on a woman arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants in Talent.

Wednesday 11:26 p.m. — A female juvenile ran away from the Lithia Springs Girls Home. She has not been found yet.
